Job description
As a Sales Executive at Shiners Group, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base across diverse sectors.You will engage with potential clients from shopping centres, high-rise offices, educational institutions, medical centres, and early learning centres to introduce and sell our comprehensive cleaning services.Additionally, you will represent the company at tender inspections and deliver compelling presentations to secure new contracts.
Job Responsibilities
- Approach potential clients through door-to-door visits and networking events along with our Business Development Manager.
- Attend tender inspections and actively participate in the bidding process.
- Prepare and deliver marketing materials and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Assist with Company’s marketing and sales efforts and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the realestate, automotive or retail sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address the unique cleaning requirements of different client types.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
